A heart-led, koha-based mirimiri and healing journey session offered with aroha from the Whenua Honey & Healing whānau.

This session is an invitation to slow down, be held, and return to yourself. Rooted in rongoā Māori and the values of manaakitanga and kaitiakitanga, each session is tailored to where you are – physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What to expect:

A grounding traditional Māori mirimiri session
A guided healing journey woven with rongoā Māori principles
A safe, private, and nurturing space held with intention
Complimentary lemon honey tea

Koha-based pricing – this session is offered on a koha (gifting) basis. Give what you can, from the heart. No one will be turned away.

Sessions are held at our Ōpōtiki sanctuary. Please reach out to confirm your preferred time after booking.
