Shipping policy

Dispatch
Every order is packed by hand in Ōpōtiki. We usually dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get an email with tracking from NZ Post as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Within Aotearoa New Zealand
Free shipping on orders of $97 or more. Under $97, shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days in the North Island and 2–4 in the South Island after dispatch. Rural addresses may take 1–2 days longer.

Australia
Tracked shipping: $20 AUD under $150, $10 AUD from $150 to $299.99, and free from $300. Usually 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Rest of the world
Tracked rates are calculated at checkout. Usually 6–12 business days after dispatch.

Customs, duties and food rules
International customers pay any import duties or taxes. Some countries restrict honey and natural products, so please check your country's rules before ordering.

Delays or damage
If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email laney@whenuahoney.co.nz with your order number and we'll sort it out.
