TRACKING
We’ll email you when we ship, detailing who we’ve shipped with and your unique tracking number. If your honey isn’t with you within the estimated shipping time, click on the link in your email notification, email laney@whenuahoney.co.nz and we’ll chase it up.
DELIVERY COMPANY
We use NZ Post for both domestic and international courier, as well as DHL Express. Please dont send your order to a PO Box as Couriers won’t deliver to it, so you’ll need to tell us your physical address when you place an order, your email and a contact number in case the driver needs to call you.
