Honey Glazed Carrots

- 1 pound baby carrots, washed and peeled
- 2 tablespoons Manuka honey (5+ UMF or higher)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. **Cook the Carrots:**
- In a medium-sized saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.
