How to use (60-second settle)

  1. Cool, Mist face and neck (eyes closed). Use when skin feels hot, itchy, or restless after a pollen-heavy day.
  2. Press the oil in, When skin is clean and intact, warm 1-2 drops of Wild Mānuka Oil 20+ in your palms. Press or gently massage into face, hands, or joints, the same home-remedy way our whānau already use this oil. Optional: 2-4 drops in your ultrasonic diffuser for a soft East Coast evening scent (room atmosphere only; diffuser not included).
  3. Honey for the table, Warm drinks and breakfast for older kids and adults. Not for infants under 12 months.
