How to use
- Mānuka Mist on face and neck (eyes closed) when skin feels hot or restless.
- Warm 1-2 drops of Wild Mānuka Oil 20+ and soothe into clean, intact skin, hands, or joints. External use.
- Wild Flower honey on the table for older kids and adults. Not for infants under 12 months.
Honest boundaries: Oil and mist are external-use rongoā for comfort of skin and space. Honey is food. This kete does not treat hayfever, allergies, asthma, flu, or any illness. Keep your usual care and GP advice when you need it.
