A private 60-minute infrared sauna session for up to two people, including a Mānuka rongōā shower. This experience is held with intentional space between bookings to allow for reset, care of the space, and wellbeing. A calm, grounding session designed for rest, release, and renewal.

Park on the roadside next to the WHENUA flag at the corner of Wharf Street and Princess Street.
🔦 Finding Us
Look for the light on in the office or the Mirimiri room — that's your sign you're in the right place. Come on in!
🍋 Help yourself to the lemon water on the bench, and enjoy a complimentary lemon honey tea on us while you settle in.
🧴 Changing Room
The changing room is to the left of the sauna, past the mirimiri tēpu (massage table), behind the curtains.
🚹 Wharepaku (Bathroom)
The wharepaku is in the office, to the left of the kitchen.
🚰 Rongoā Shower
Head past the office and down the stairs to find your rongōā shower.
Or, treat yourself to a barefoot mirimiri walk through our Rongōā Crystal Ngāhere — follow the path and you'll find the Rongoā Shower waiting at the end. A grounding little ritual before or after your session.
